Ryan Day joined HST as Vice President of Finance and Strategic Initiatives where he oversees the company's financial operations
and strategic alliances. Ryan brings a solid background in finance, strategy and business development. Most recently, he was a
Financial Analyst with Cammack LaRhette, a boutique Wall Street firm specializing in investments and employee benefits. In this
capacity he led the financial integration of the merger and developed dashboards to manage and monitor the combined entities
financial performance. Ryan played a critical role in building strategic alliances with organizations such as Diversified Investment
Advisors, Reliance Standard and United Health Care.
Previously, he spent three years in the Finance Department at California State University Fullerton where he was responsible for
accounting functions including cash management, internal audits and compliance reporting. In the early stages of his career, Ryan
held various marketing and financial positions with companies such as TC3 Health and IntelStrategy.
Ryan's professional accomplishments are balanced with his commitment to make a difference that is reflected in his broad range of
community services. He holds a Masters of Science in Banking and Financial Services Management from Boston University and Bachelors
degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
