Customizing Reconciler™
Reconciler™ can operate as a stand-alone solution, but is more effective when electronically integrated with the web-based functions of the health plans and/or financial institutions.
The technology allows Reconciler™ screens and connections to be customized quickly and inexpensively. In many cases, health plans and financial institutions may perform the customization themselves.

Integrated Healthcare™
Integrated Healthcare™ re is a high deductible health plan (HDHP) in a partially self-insured environment, paired with a health savings account (HSA). Integrated Healthcare™ utilizes Reconciler™ to provide online point and click-based administration.
Integrated Healthcare™ provides double incentives for employees to become better healthcare consumers. First, the HSA structure provides a powerful incentive for consumers to purchase healthcare wisely: money not spent stays in the account and is owned by the consumer forever. Second, Integrated Healthcare™ provides underwriting credits for employers who provide tiered financial incentives for employees to encourage healthier eating, exercising and living habits.
Unlike most HDHPs, Integrated Healthcare™ gives employers full underwriting credit for the higher deductible. So their premium is much lower. And Integrated Healthcare™ underwriters are committed to the concept of consumer driven healthcare, so they factor those anticipated savings into the premium quote in advance.
