With Reconciler™, your customers sign on once through your Web site, and within that password-protected site, manage their Health Savings Account, and their related high deductible health plan. There is no need to log on to each site separately.
Furthermore, as the name implies, Reconciler™ allows your account holders to reconcile their HSA account with the deductible balance of their health plan. Without this ability, consumers are unable to get an accurate picture of their healthcare financial accounts.
Reconciler™ provides your financial institution a means of electronic interchange of information without the cost and interruption of building and maintaining the interfaces. Therefore the system reduces operating expenses associated with HSA administration.
The IT infrastructure and electronic data interchange capabilities are in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), which requires a secure environment for personal health information.
The technology allows Reconciler™ screens and connections to be customized quickly and inexpensively. In many cases, your IT people may customize the site themselves.
