Board Members
Robert M. Anderson, Board Chairman, Founder
Mr. Anderson has served as Chairman since our formation. Earlier in his career, Mr. Anderson built Anderson and Anderson Insurance Brokers from a four-man firm to the fifth largest insurance brokerage in California, which he sold to AON Corporation, the second largest insurance brokerage in the world, in 1997. Subsequent to that sale, Mr. Anderson served for two years as the President of an AON subsidiary, from which he resigned in 1999. Mr. Anderson has a B.A. Degree from Claremont Mc Kenna.
John McMahon
Mr. McMahon is been involved in private capital management and investment since his retirement as the Managing Director of Marsh & McLennan in 1999. Prior to that, Mr. McMahon served for 18 years as a Director and Partner of Johnson & Higgins with particular focus and expertise in employee benefit consulting. He has a B.S. from Siena College and an Executive MBA from Stanford University.
Joe Moody
Joseph Moody is a partner in PLUS FOUR Management, LLC, a private equity fund in Newport Beach, California that invests in both public and private entities. Prior to joining PLUS FOUR, Mr. Moody held senior and executive positions in a number of Investment Firms and Financial Institutions such as Parker, Mulcahy & Associates and Security Pacific National Bank. He has executed of a number of acquisitions and management-led leveraged buyouts in mid-market companies and has managed large client portfolios. Mr. Moody is a C.P.A. and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from UCLA.
